This is also present as accredited program on U.S. Department of Education website. JoeF Posted January 3, 2014 Report Share Posted January 3, 2014 The JOB would have to require the advanced degree. You could have a PhD from Stanford or MIT, if the job only requires a bachelor degree, the case would still be in EB3. Link to comment

Attorney_15 Posted January 8, 2014 Report Share Posted January 8, 2014 A labor certification with a job requiring a degree requires that the degree be awarded by an accredited college or university. Unless a labor certification has specific language explaining what else might be acceptable, the school generally must be accredited when the degree was awarded. Link to comment
