waiting12345 Posted December 9, 2013 Report Share Posted December 9, 2013 Can someone working in the US on a H1B start (i.e. be a director) his/her own Non-profit (501c3) organization? The individual on H1-B would NOT be receiving any pay. The individual will only be volunteering his time as the director of the 501c3. Does this violate any H1-B immigration laws? Link to comment
