Worker11 Posted August 9, 2011 Report Share Posted August 9, 2011 My I-485 is pending. My H1 terminated when I quit my job with the H1 sponsor and now I need to start work with a new employer. I called the center earlier today and asked to expedite adjudicating my I-765/I-131 applications. They accepted my request, promised to contact within next five days if something is needed, but said that "cannot guarantee".... Thanx! Link to comment
