i have below case status update from USCIS-

 

Initial Review

 

On October 16, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

 

What does it mean ? Can I take it as approval ? RFE ? how much more time will it take for decision in premium procesing ? experts please comment.

Any update you got later on your status. 

 

I got the same after changing Premium for RFE (I was in L1 from different company and applied H1 through different company).

 

Can some one please guide us what will heppen if we get

DEAR ATTORNEY, Request for your help.  My Company submit the H1 internally and through Attorney and they are not willing to call and get updates from USCIS.  Please let me know what I need to do in this situation, whether my Premium will continue or not.  What does it mean by 'Normal processing time'.
