Travel History Question in DS 160

Hi,

 

I am in a dilemma regarding one of the questions in DS 160.

 

When it asks about a travel history, does it mean, we have to enter the date we first came to USA or all the dates we went out of country and came back to USA?

 

I am in USA since 4 years and I have travell to India twice during that period. So, do I have to enter teh first time when I entered USA or every time I went to India and came back to USA?

Based on the Entry date you have to go by desc order. earliest POE date is comes first. You have to mention the period of time
