justin9
Hi my current status is OPT - H1B, first interview at Canada. I joined my company fulltime basis as a "web software developer". my H1B petition letter has my position/title as "web Software developer". then i got promoted and my new position in the company is "sharepoint developer", hence my employment verification letter has my position in the company titled as "sharepoint developer". would it be any concern during my interview for H1B stamping ? please advice ! thanks ! I believe both do not have the same responsibility you got promoted. I believe you need an amendment. Wait for other members to give their opinion. Link to comment
justin9
well my responsibilities are more or less similar. what exactly did you imply by amendment. like amending the h1b petition. also sharepoint is a subset of software developer role as per department of labor. Any advice would be appreciated. Link to comment
