Applied I-485 for Spouse same day My Green Card Dispatched

 Hi 

 

      My priority date in EB3 is  April 3 2006, applied I-485 in 2007 (Not Married when i applied I-485) got EAD.

      Then I  ported to EB2 2012 successfully and my I-485 updated with old EB3 priority date.  

 

      As per Visa bulletin my priority date is current in EB2 from Auguest 1 st 2013, My Lawyer filed I-485 for my wife waiting for receipt notice , Same day I got message from USCIS  that my Green Card was approved and card was dispatched. 

 

     I would like to know , If my wife I-485 application will be considered and process for green card.

Congratulations!!! Ditto for me.. I spoke to my attorney.  He said that we should be fine but still would like opinion from Belle/Ponte etc on this forums. I have seen their answers are pretty accurate..
