swabha
Let me correct my question framing here!! 1. What are the chances of getting visa for my parents if they go for a visa Interview for third time ? (Too many rejections may create problems?) 2. Do I need to change the visa Interview location? (last 2 times they went to Hyd) 3. What if only my mother went for visa Interview? does it improve getting the visa chances ? Link to comment
omshiv
1) Depends. 2) No. Location of the Consulate doesnt matter. 3) Not really. thats why I asked to see Murthy Attorney in Chennai...they would know better why were the visa rejected and will help them prepare for the next time.
