Current Job Title Vs New Job Title

Appreciate your Valuable opinion and experience

I have a labor,I-140 with title SAP ABAP Developer and new job offer with Title SAP Consultant

Labor,I 140 With Prevailing Wage Occupation Title

Occupation : Computer Software Engineers,Systems Software with SOC/O*Net-Code 15-1032.00

How close does the title and job duties need to be ?

Do you guys see any problems with changing Jobs

It is very rare that the USCIS will make a fuss over a job change that is in the same general area. If they really want to deny your petition, they will go after the I-140 itself - since you no longer work for the employer, chances are the employer will not fight to keep your petition valid, and thus you may lose your eligibility altogether.

My i 485 has been pending for more than 1 year ,so if my I 140 is cancelled does that effect my I 485 /GC in any way.

Yes, it does impact your I-485. If your I-140 is revoked for a cause (i.e. something way worng with it from the beginning), you will not be able to save your I-485. If your I-140 is withdrawn by the employer because you no longer have a job offer from them, then you need to use AC21, and show that you have a job in a similar profession.
