Query regarding the signature in Passport and during visa process

Hi,

I'm applying for a B2 visitor visa to USA. I would be appearing for the interview shortly. On my passport, the signature is in Urdu. So, whenever I need to sign any documents while applying the visa, can I sign in English? Or should I have to stick with the Urdu language signature as in my passport.
