samvijay Posted April 5, 2013 Report Share Posted April 5, 2013 I came with H4 and transfer to H1B and Got EAD thru my Wife GC Process. Once I got my EAD I joined to a new employer with my EAD. My EAD was Expired on Apr 4th 2013. I applied for Renewal On FEB 15th, 2013. Still it is in Initial Review. Since my EAD Expired, my Employer Terminated my Employment. What should I do next?
