I134 for Mother and Nephew (7yrs age)

I am sponsoring for the trip for my mother and nephew. Do i need to fill separate I134 forms ? because in the form it only menions to add spouse or child, but not sure if grand child can be added to the same form.

Also do I need to send original I134 ? Many people say documents are not asked but then has anybody gone with the a copy and showed it to the consulor ? Any experiences shared will be helpful ?

an I-134 is NOT legally required for tourist visa applications....it is a totally unenforceable (legally) piece of paper, worth no more to an applicant than two week old newspaper...
