Suggestions on going to 'Jamaica' for H1B Stamping

Hi,

My employer is based in South Florida and so, I'm planning to go for my 1st H1B stamping at Jamaica. I understand that past H1B Visa stamping experience history for this particular consulate is mere when compared to other consulates in Canada. But then, I would like to hear any potential feedback and advises from members here, who have either attended or have known people who have attended. Any suggestions & experience sharing is greatly appreciated.
