2 jobs on EAD

hi,

My 485 is pending with PD Apr 2008, I am primary applicant.

I and my wife got EAD/AP in feb 2012 and I got it extended for 2 more yrs till Feb 2015 recently.

We visited India in aug 2012 and entered on AP, my 6 yrs of H1 expired in dec 2012 and I applied for an extension after I came back from India and h1 is extended till Dec 2015 and right now I am on H1b, below are my questions

1) Can I do 2 jobs on EAD(i know this will invalidate my H1b)? with one being my current employer(whom I filed GC with)

2)If in case my 485 is denied in future can I re-instate my H1b which is valid till dec 2015?

3)What would be the best option for my 2nd job to work on W2 or 1099 or CTC

4) If i travel to India this year and enter on AP would my status shift back to EAD or would I still be on H1b?
