I have received RFE on my EB1B regarding 3 years research experience. Due to some other deadline my lawyer submitted the RFE response with premium processing request. The response was received by USCIS on 18th and subsequently the website was updated with RFE response received. However, there is no news on premium processing side, the check is not cashed, and the lawyer didn't receive any e-mail with PP receipt. It is been 10 days and I am getting anxious... I am not sure why my case is not treated under PP. P.S. The lawyer sent the PP request (I 907, G28) and RFE response not to the PP address but to the address written on gold sheet USCIS provided with the RFE. Link to comment
