Icerts portal says current dates were @ Sept 5th. But I have seen a post that who applied perm on Oct 5th 2012 got approval on Dec 21st 2012. Link to comment

kart11 Posted January 30, 2013 Report Share Posted January 30, 2013 My Perm was also applied on Oct-18th 2012 and I got email from my attorney that It has been selected for a Random Audit as on 01/25/2013. My employer has 30 days to reply to the queries on the audit. To the OP -- Since yours was filed on Nov 15th 2012, you should look at sometime before end of FEB based on assumption for your approval.
