my pd is 2009 april on eb2.

filed for our ead ,for me and wife, on april 2012 and got our eads in may 2012...and we just have our new born baby in india.

crossed the 6 month wait period in oct 2012.

i am currently with my client and they are asking me to go for full time..and this is a very good role..

but i dont want to use my ead...then i wont be able to bring in new born if i use my ead..if i go on h1 with my client for full time..will it impact my gc with my current employer

is ac21 activation required in this case

Your H1 is separate from your green card case. AC21 protects your green card but does not impact your current status. You should discuss your status (H1 filing, that is) with your new employer. You should discuss AC21 with your lawyer (who may or may not be your new H1 lawyer or whoever filed your I-485). Those are two separate things.
