Help needed on H1B visa interview question

Hello All,

I have H1b visa interview in this week filed by my current employer which is a top MNC.

I have received RFE for my old visa petition which was filed under H1 B cap 2008 through a desi consultancy. Last response received from USCIS was in the month of July 2011 where the validity of my H1b app was from October 2008 to September 2011.

Current status of my earlier case still showing as "RFE Response Review" in the USCIS portal. I have submitted all the docs that they have asked but my previous employer (Desi consultancy) didn't gave proper response after that.

What should be my response to the VO question if he asks about my previous application?
