Hi All,

I received a 221-g white slip today (Oct 15th) at 8:30 AM

Also received an email from the consulate immediately after at 9:10AM

In order to process and adjudicate your visa application we need the following information as soon as possible, preferably by email:

1) A letter from your end client which includes a complete description of your project and job duties

2) The address where you go to work each day

I responded back to this as soon as my attorney sent me the letter.

So waiting to hear from them?

Did anyone else receive similar email? and how long did it take for them to respond?

Can you guys please specify your work model ? Is there anyone who is FTE got 221(g)? Or all are under EVC or EC model ?

Am FTE and got a 221(g) today.....

3) How many employees your employee have?

Nopes .. its not a consulting firm. Its a medical device manufacturing company who has a significant IT dept

3) How many employees your employee have?

more than 35K

4) How long are you working with them?

13 months

I don't see any issue with your visa. You will get it.

were you all interviewed by the Chinese guy or is it that randomly anyone could get 221g
