Admin processing(221g) at hyderabad consulate gather here

My wife got 221g admin processing on Aug 6th for H4 visa and she was requested the submit the her masters transcripts. She dropped the required documents on Aug 23th. And its been more than 3 weeks and no word from the consulate. Does any know how long it takes for the admin processing to finish and here back from the consulate people?

Admin Processing for H4. These guys dont understand the pain at all.. I had my admin processing cleared after 7months, anywayz mine was H1 from Chennai consulate.
