Dec08 Posted September 13, 2012 Report Share Posted September 13, 2012 Hi, Under EB2, I applied mine and my wife's I-485 along with I-765 (EAD) and I-131 (AP) in Dec 2011 by paying $1070 for each of the I-485 filing. Our I-485 is pending and our EAD/AP is valid until Feb 2013. We have to renew our EAD/AP in Oct 2012. Please confirm if I have to pay renewal fees for renewing our EAD/AP. Thank you. Link to comment

Nivas Posted September 16, 2012 Report Share Posted September 16, 2012 No. You do not have to pay ever again for EAD and AP. Please read the instructions where it says What is the filing fee? It has a note that says effective Jul 30, 2007 no additional fee is required to file EAD and AP. Link to comment

From what I read from the USCIS website looks like if i have take advantage of the no fee option I will have to file I-765 manually(no e-file). Same with I-131. Is that correct ? Link to comment
