EB2 - paystub question..

My EB2 GC in progress Aug 10 2007 is the PD hope to be current soon.

My EB2 labor / LCA states that 80 k but my current

pay stubs are 60k basis because of break in btw the projects. will this be any issue.

somebody please clarify..

If the positions says 80 K and you are only making 60K . Should there by any query you would have to answer about the difference. On the contrary you can always say that since this si a future job your salary will be increased to 80k upon GC getting approved. That is assuming that you are with the same sponsoring employer. Also need to know if you are on H1b or EAD. if on EAD no worries. But if H1b then you should be able to answer any RFE if USCIS asks.
