My scenario-

A = My current company (has around 50 employees)

B = Another company (has more than 600 employees)

Currently I am working with company "A", got H1 approved for 3 years starting from october 2012 to september 2015. My current status is F1-OPT. Currently my paycheck and I-797 approved petition says I am working with company "A".

But now, from this month onwards my company "A" is merging with another company "B".

Please Help me for H4 Visa Document List-

• Company Merger Letter
  
• Completed Visa application (H4 visa application form DS-160)
  
• Application visa fee original receipt issued by HDFC bank.
  
• Copy of interview appointment letter
  
• Valid passport of applicant.
  
• Six photograph
  
• Original Birth Certificate of applicant
  
• Original marriage certificate.
  
• Entire wedding photo album.
  
• A copy of marriage invitation card of both the families.
  
• Wedding Hall letter
  
• Complete copy of all the pages of your principal H1's passport.
  
• Copy of principal H1 holders approved petition I-797
  
• Copy of principal H1 holders form I-129
  
• Copy of principal H1 holders LCA.
  
• Employment verification letter.
  
• Pay stubs of H1 holder
  
• Income tax return W2 of H1 holder
  
• End client letter
  
• Bank statements

My situation is, I just started working on H1. Previously was working on OPT.

Is it necessary that when I give my paystubs to my partner to apply for H4, they've to be the ones issued after my H1 came into effect?

Or can I submit the paystubs from OPT as well?

Also how many paystubs are required?
