planning H1B stamping in Nov/Dev question

before planning for it a question, this may help others too. this is the first time I am going since I am in US. I was looking for perm position in US company and it took little long time.

I finished my masters here, joined desi company and finally in US company now.

1. Firstly I worked on EVC basis for couple of years on H1-B in desi company, never out of status since i am working on H1B.

2. current working directly with end client, h1b transfered and approved till 2015.

what are the necessary documents that I need to take from previous employer for visa interview?.
