Guys please help.I am confused. Link to comment
Attorney_10
Generally, a change of employer H1B petition must be filed while the beneficiary is maintaining valid H1B status with his/her current H1B employer. The USCIS has issued a statement that it will approve a H1B petition for the amount of time supported by the evidence. If the evidence supports a project that will last one year or less, USCIS has indicated it will issue a one year approval. Please schedule a consultation with a qualified immigration attorney to discuss the specific facts of your case. Link to comment
