New H1B application During Cap Gap

Hello Everyone,

Thanks in Advance for your time on my Issue.

I am a student on F1 Visa transistioning to H1-B Currently(in Cap-Gap) from May 10 2012 to Oct 1 2012.

I have used both my 12 month and 17 month Stem Extension with same employer(consultancy). I applied for H1-B on April 5 2012 and H1-B is Approved till Jan 31 2015.

I recently got a Dream FT offer from a Big Company, it is a compelling Offer that we cant over-look and they are not ready to wait until Oct 1 to be able to transfer my Approved H1-B.

They checked with their Attorney and currently move forward as my Stem Extension OPT Card also expired on May 10 2012 and we need a valid OPT card to apply for new H1-B as well.

Can you guys suggest me what to do? did one of you face similiar situation? Kindly help me.
