srisoftram
like how, please explain; this EAC is still valid and can be filed with exempt petition..? Link to comment
livliv
First find a job. Then provide the employer with a copy of the previous approval notice and then they will take care of the rest. If the employer asks during the hiring process, you can tell them that you are not subject to annual H1 cap. Link to comment

srisoftram
Do I have to pay again for H1B or what would be next after finding employer; the new employer would do transfer or file again with previous details? Kindly clarify this Link to comment
livliv
You should never pay for H1. That is illegal. Your new employer should be able to file cap-exempt petition. Just provide them with copy of previous approval notice or receipt notice. Link to comment
