I need clarification on my H1

I filed my H1 on April 2011 in Masters Quota from Employer A and it was rejected in Dec 2011. Employer A filed MTR in Jan 2012 and H1 was approved on April 2012. In between I filed another H1 from Employer B in counselor processing(PP) in April 2012 for FY 2013 which is still in Acceptance.

Do I need to withdraw my H1 which is in processing from Employer B filed in April 2012 for FY 2013 ?

Will it effect my approved H1 in anyway ?

you do not have to withdraw the pending h1, thats your employers responsibility, however if you want you can intimate them and have them withdraw it.

It will not effect your approved petition in anyway.

But since you will need to go to stamping on the approved h1 and as we all know whats going on with the stamping these days, i would suggest not to withdraw the pending petition yet.
