NOSaints Posted April 16, 2012 Report Share Posted April 16, 2012 Hello Everyone, I had my H1-B stamping done in the last week of March 2012 and the visa expiray data is Feb 23rd 2013. I'm planning to go back to USA in the month of July 2012. Is there any such rule that employee has to visit USA with in a time frame after visa stamping done ? Regards NOSaints Link to comment
