I am FTE and work at employer location.

Couple of days ago, USCIS officer came to my office (employer location) as my case was selected for routine check.

She asked many questions (as if I am appearing for Visa Stamping Interview) and later asked me to submit these documents

1. Latest Pay Stubs

2. Current Job Description

3. Initial Offer Letter from the company

I provided Pay stubs on the spot and she raised a concern that I have worked more than 80 hours in the pay cycle (Our's is semi-monthly) and my pay has remained the same.

In response, I told her that I we do not get paid for overtime, but we get equivalent time off as I am full time employee.

I do not see any RED flag being raised (hopefully) with overall discussion, but want to make sure if working more than 80 hours is really an issue even if for full time employees

GOD forbid, but in case of any issue, when they are likely to inform...will they inform me or my employer or both?

Any similar experiences, please post.
