H1 Transfer: Can I work on new h1 receipt notice while my current h1 expires??

Hello,

I have my current h1 valid upto feb 25. I'm transfering my h1 to x company( who is my vendor.) And its in rfe status now.

Can I work after feb25 with h1 receipt notice from new company??? or shd'nt I work untill I get my h1 transfer approved?

I desperately need all your suggestions. Please help!!

You can start working for the vendor from the time the petition was received by USCIS.
