riasinghinca Posted February 14, 2012 Report Share Posted February 14, 2012 Hi Team My name is Ria , I have a question regarding H1B transfer , I am working for company A , I accepted an offer with Company B , The company B did the H1B transfer, Now I have changed my mind and I want to be with Company A , Even after H1B transfer can I work with Company A which I am still working with , I have not resigned yet , Please let me know , I would like to know if I would get into any legal issues , All I have done is sign the offer letter and H1B is transferred with company B. I am currently on my 8th year of h1b with 140 approved on EB3 India . Pls advise friends Thanks Link to comment
wiweq Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 No problem, you can do that. But because you had accepted the offer by signing the offer letter, you should formally decline the offer again, may be by sending an email with your complete contact details. Link to comment
