andypt Posted February 13, 2012 Report Share Posted February 13, 2012 Hi Friends, I applied for H1B in 2008 and it still says initial review. I applied when I was on F2. Now I am on H4. What should I do? The employer has no clue either. Initially we got RFE and then we appealed, but never heard anything after that. Any advices? Also, I will be travelling to India this summer and will be going for stamping on H4....is it Ok? Thanks, Andy. Link to comment
