How is the H1B Visa stamping interview different for those who filed I 140?

Hello all,

I am an Indian national but I have been working in Canada (at the Canadian branch of the US company) for a couple of months upon expiration of my 6 years H1B visa in the US. My company filed for my i140 and that made me eligible for a 3 year H1B extension. A 3 year extension was granted in the form of I797. I am now planning to block a date at the US embassy, stamp my visa and return to the US. My attorney directed me to fill out the DS160 for the Non Immigrant Visa category. I am little confused about how my interview questions will be different. I am concerned that I have shown an intention to immigrate and the H1B is non immigrant visa category for temp workers. What kind of questions can I anticipate? your thoughts are appreciated..Thanks!!
