aroraparamjeet
Thanks for reading my post . Please share your suggestions on how an past employer can be legally forced to issue experience letter. My situation - I am looking forward to relocate to India ,The organization in India is expecting me to submit Experience letters(for all my past employment) . My first Employer I worked with in US (for 3 years) denied me the experience letter because I joined the client directly. Indian organization has contacted my US Employer(in discussion) for background check and he did not provided satisfactory answer. I am in a situation where I may loose a very good opportunity tin India because my previous US employer( held my H1B for 3 years) is not providing me experience letter and also trying to provide false information to background check team. Please comment on best possible ways out based on your experience. Many thanks Link to comment
