H1B Visa stamping for investor in USA

Hi,

I work in USA on H1B for a large company and I've invested some money in to a technology start up.

If somebody does a google search on my name, google will show up my name in the corporate commissions website and lists me as one of the member.

I am just a passive investor and I don't work for the company.

Is there a possibility that Visa Issuing officer might mistake me as setting up and running a business in USA illegally? I am just a member and I don't involve in any day-to-day activities or business decisions.

Since I submit documents 3 days in advance, will it show up as a red flag?

Is there anything I could do to remed the situation?
