mahesh609
Hi guys, can anyone share experiences to have a h1b extension stamped 4 months earlier than the current h1 visa expiry? i work for a full time employer and i have to go to the consulate in my current trip for my wife's H4 visa. im thinking to get mine stamped as well in the same time. I would like to know if the consulate can question me for having coming in earlier than what i need to be? please correct me if im wrong im thinking as long as i have the renewal papers i could complete the stamping? or is there any time frame in which i have to go. your experiences would help clarify my position. Thanks in advance Link to comment
