amar1414 Posted June 17, 2011 Report Share Posted June 17, 2011 Hello All, My I-797 is expiring on Nov17 2011 and employer will be filing for a extension next week.My wife plans to go for stamping in July 2011 Question 1 ) can she go for stamping with the old I797 or does she need to have the new approved/extended I797? Question 2 ) Do i have to apply for her H4 extension as she is in India and i plan to apply for H4 extension after she comes here in US Waiting for the experts comments. Thanks Link to comment
