kvr1234
Hi, I am planning to go for my first H1B stamping to Canada. I was on H4 before. I was told by my friends that we will have to go to Indid for first time stamping, especially for the guys who move from H4 to H1. can you please confirm if this is true? Link to comment
Krish13
One of my friends wife who was on H4 got H1B approval and went for stamping in Canada. They sent her back saying that they dont handle those cases . Luckily she had H4 validity to reenter US . Ask your attorney and others before you proceed . And also plan ahead well before your H4 expires. Link to comment
