H1B ext. upgraded to PP, need to travel next week may not receive the approval before travel

I need to travel next week feb 2nd to India

.I will not be able to get the H1B ext papers in time. My I-94 is expired.

1. Can I travel while the petition is under premium processing?

2. As My i-94 is expired ..what to submit at aiport. so its not considered as over stay?

3. If my petition is approved but cannot get the approval paper in time. what I should submit at aiport?

as My new I-94 is not with me during travel as i might not receive by next thursday?

You should avoid travel while a petition is pending....

When you depart you have to submit I-94

If you are outside the country USCIS will approve petition thru consular processing and you will have to go for Stamping again
