sainaa Posted January 17, 2012 Report Share Posted January 17, 2012 Hello every one I am a Physcian on EB2 doing j1 waiver job I still have an year for the completion of the waiver but my Dates are current My lawyer is saying that i cannot apply for EAD till the Waiver is completed Is there a way to apply for EAD for dependents?I know that i cannot use EAD untill the completion of the waiver but my wife who is highly qualified is on H4(H1 is not an option).Any suggestions Plz?
