Attorney_14
One can only file an I-485 Adjustment of Status to U.S. Permanent Residence application if one is inside the U.S. If you are outside the U.S. and have a current priority date and a valid Green Card sponsorship, then you will want to apply for consular processing of your immigrant visa. If you have further specific questions in regard to your case and to discuss your options, I recommend that you contact a knowledgeable immigration attorney in regard to your case. The Murthy Law Firm has a very well-regarded Greencard Department with extensive experience who would be able to provide you with excellent assistance. Please feel free to call our office to schedule a consultation with one of our attorneys. Link to comment
