ketanbparekh
As per my knowledge Hawaii is one of the 50 states of US so you do not require visa over there you can travel like normal states. Not sure of Puerto Rico. Its better to check on other forums or ask any attorney. My answers are mine as my own knowledge pls do not take it as granted. Link to comment
livliv
Yes, Hawaii is US state and PR is a US territory. No Visa is needed for traveling within the US. Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
Hawaii you can visit, its one state of US. To visit different states of US does not require any immigration. Regarding PR, I am not sure. Link to comment

JoeF
Both Hawaii and Puerto Rico are part of the US. No visa is required to travel within the US, that includes Hawaii and Puerto Rico. It is like travel to New York City, Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami, etc. Link to comment
