kish77 Posted December 29, 2011 Report Share Posted December 29, 2011 Hello Everyone, I complete my 6 years in US on 24-Mar-2012. My PERM application was filed on 27-Apr-2011 (in the 6th year) and it has gone into audit. Please let me know what are my options to get the 7th year extension. Can i move out of the country by Feb 2012 end and get my company to apply for H1 extension in premium on 28-Apr-2012 ? That is provided the PERM is still pending as on 28-Apr-2012. In case my PERM gets approved i can ask my company attorney to file I-140 in premium and seek a 3 yr extension. My company plans to move me out of their US rolls and transfer to their India rolls if i move to India and i can continue to work on the same project, please let me know if there will any impact on my PERM process.
