Hi ,

My company is applied for L1 to H1 change of status. As per Fedex track number my H1B package reached to VSC on 11/23. Based on the update the Cap is reached on 11/22. So most likely my H1B petition will be rejected. My question is , generally how long does it take for USCIS to send the package back to my Company. Any idea!
