kamy
Hi , I am on H1B visa and I have one and half years left to complete my H1B. My six years of H1B is expiring on June-2013. Please let me know when do I need to file for GC. Is this possible that my new employer will file my GC in Jan-2013 which still left six months on H1B. In that case can I extend my stay in US after getting labor approval in two months??? Please let me advice ASAP. Thanks Kimy. Link to comment
