Unemployment on GC

I have a quick question for the Guru on this forum.

I am a green card holder sing 2006.I have been working with the sponsoring company till end of 2010.

Now I work for a company X , I am trying my best to perform in my job. The manager is

trying to terminate me giving the reason , that I am not able to perform.

If that happens - will I be able to file for my unemployment (terminated for Non Performance ).
