shailu3012 Posted November 19, 2011 Report Share Posted November 19, 2011 My EB2 case priority date is August 2010. I am wondering what a realistic expectation is for the case to become current. Also, I applied for a H1B visa extension upon completion of my 6 years - looks like it will be approved in December. I am not sure if I will be able to move employers after this and how that would effect the entire green card process. Can anyone with similar experience help? Link to comment
