I have also got another offer from Company B, they are going to process H1B premium processing. I am interested in working for company B. 1. Will there be any issues in processing the H1B from company B as there is already an H1B filed from company A? 2. Can I work for company B in case if both petitions are approved? is this ok? Now I am india and the petition status still shows in initial review. Its is more than 3 months now, why isn't there any activity on the petition. Can I go with another employer to file a new H1 visa. Please answer.... Link to comment
sivad Posted November 23, 2011 Report Share Posted November 23, 2011 I think you do not have option of going to other H1b as the cap count for this year reached today... so the only fast option to get some result is to upgrade your case to premium process so that you will get some result within 15 days...good luck Link to comment
