tag.ravi
Hi, My wife is travelling to India and she needs to get her H4 visa stamped. I have my H1B approval but I am not travelling. Does she need to take my original copy of I-797 / I -129 H1B approval for the visa interview or is photocopy fine? Also when exiting US, does she need to give her new I-94 from the H4 approval notice along with the I-94 (given during at port of entry) that is expired to airline folks? Thanks, Tag Link to comment
MVS
She should not carry your original H1B copy. Photocopy is fine. Airline people will take old I-94 when you are boarding. Link to comment
